Naši školu bude v letošním školním roce navštěvovat studentka Thanika Chirasirisophon z Thajska. Díky spolupráci s obecně prospěšnou společností AFS Mezikulturní programy jsme Thaniku zařadili do druhého ročníku Ekonomického lycea. Navštěvuje všechny předměty, komunikuje v angličtině, učí se český jazyk a hlavně – našla si tu spoustu kamarádů, se kterými tráví volný čas a poznává Českou republiku.

I will be in ČR for 10 months, I’m here on an exchange program with AFS (the exchange organization). The reason I chose ČR is because I was here when I was younger maybe 6 or 7 years ago and I had a good impression about ČR; the country is beautiful, the culture is interesting and as I was getting to know ČR better through media e.g. manga, articles, history I was intrigued by the country and I thought „why not come here for an exchange?“ And then months later I’m here in the ČR.
The reason I got into this school is because when my host family accepted me, the AFS chose the school based on where I will live and what I had in school back in Thailand (I study social science and other stuff about society including economy) and I think this school suits me the most and I do have a great time here 🙂
